Main Course

  1. STIR – FRIED BEEF WITH CHILLI

Tender beef stir-fried with minced garlic, coriander, pickled chilli, and fresh  chilli peppers.

2.  B LACK B EAN B E E F

Tender beef cooked in homemade black bean sauce with chunky onion sand green pepper.

3. CRISPY SWEET & SOUR PORK , NORTHEAST CHINA STYLE

A  classic dish from Northeast China, with a sweet and sour taste, served with shredded spring onions, ginger, carrots, and sliced garlic.

4. KUNG PAO CHICKEN

Tender chicken stir-fried with cucumber, carrot, and peanuts (or peas ) in a glossy Sichuan – style sauce.

5. HOME – STYLE TOFU 
Fried tofu with carrots and green peppers, cooked in our signature Sichuan.
Doubanjiang sauce for a bold and comforting flavour.

6. STIR – FRIED POTATO, AUBERGINE & GREEN PEPPER 
A  classic dish from North east China,  stir-fried with potato, aubergine, and  green pepper.

7.  BRAISED AUBERGINE IN GARLIC SAUCE 
Braised aubergine served with onion chunks and sliced carrot.

MANGO POMELO SAGO
